Who else thinks the old WWE magazines are better than the new ones?

Actually, I think that the previous Raw and SmackDown magazines which used to be published a few years ago were far better. The articles were compiled and sorted much better. In the current magazines, the pages are filled with simply pictures and short paragraphs or quotes accompanying them, which doesn’t make them look as good.

    I stopped buying the magazines in 2004 and havent bought once since. Theyre just not what they used to be At least the old ones, as you said, had stories coming with the pictures.

    i buy powerslam magazine instead, it doesnt just cover wwe it also covers the other feds out there and the indys, they actually speak dirt and what they thought about the ppvs and if they liked or didnt like, great read and soo much better than the wwe magazines because they just write about how great they are. where powerslam will say what they think.

    edit: in powerslam you get articles, interviews with wrestlers, thoughts on the shows if they were good or bad, top 50 wrestlers of today, dvds coming out and honest reviews on them if there are bad or great.

    edit: also in powerslam magazine you get backstage gossip, i actually read one time that when jericho returned triple h was saying “huh so we dont need to worry now because our saviour is here” sarcastically having a go at jericho.

    I think the magazines arnt enjoyable anymore because the WWE itself isnt enjoyable as it used to be. I will only buy a magazine that has article/s that are about wrestlers or times in a by-gone era in wwe. Is that what you think it may be? Because the lay-out of the magazine i dont think would make much a difference.

    Yes & No

    Yes, If you are refering to the WWF/WWE Magazines They were more of a wrestling magazine interviews with wrestlers/ managers/ divas ,predictions, PayPerView Resualts, somewhat insder news .

    However

    If you are refering to the Raw & Smackdown OH HELL NO
    with a few exceptions they were pieces of *^*#

    while this verison of WWE magazine is okay it needs more about wrestling instead of the world in general stuff.
