genetics have **** all to do with this its all about steroids use, anyone can look fit and healthy with enough dedication as long as they ignore everything steroid users have to say about working out

i dont hink he was refering to that…. but made a good point, i hope people realize and do something about it, offcourse some of that people is called rebels or even criminals, this world is going to the point where theres not enough space to hide the truth, and they wont longer have imagination to cover the lies up…… peace men keep thinking and making your mind work thats the point of freedom

As you pointed out just because someone is non-religious doesnt make them a good person - but they are also willing to sell snake oil to anyone who cares to believe them.

The only thing you can do really is apply your best sense of reason to anything people tell you, and ultimately personal experience will yield the answers

What you are saying is 100% true. As for “religious bullshit”. Anti-religious forces (anti-Christian) in 1917 promised heaven on earth and delivered terror, hunger and death on a titanic scale. I speak of the bolsheviks. False hope is promised by many not just Christians. What they really want is money and power. They always find people who buy into their lies. Lenin called them “useful idiots”. I’m willing to bet Mr. DelMonte is a good Christian. But thanks for your sound wisdom.

The majority of people would much rather believe in some wonderful, magical, unattainable fantasy than the often hard and cold truth, it gives them something to cling on to in this cruel world of hours - why do you think religious bullshit has misguided humakind for so long?

Mike Mentzer was black balled by the industry and still is today simply because he stated the facts that people didnt want to hear

Mr. DelMonte is frankly honest. He’s telling the truth. People **** the truth. People who tell the truth make many enemies. And earn true friends. Way to go, Vince! Five stars.

Hmm, so this guy thinks that it just takes good genetics to be a pro? Sure it will help, but you won’t be a pro unless you work lika an animal. Bodybuilding is like every other sports, and bodybuilders get money to say that a supplement is the best. Just like a footballplayer gets paid to recommend shoes.

Sry for my spelling, just a dumb bb`er*

When he say’s no supplements, is he also referring to protein shakes? Like soy or whey?
Just wondering if thats referred to as a supplement.

its easy when you use this principle schwarz=black e=and and negger looks like ****** so black and ****** Schwarzenegger, you may laugh but spelling his name correctly was once on the weakest link in the UK, so it is potentially useful info.

Agree. Even tough most people can`t train like a pro bodybuilder, it dosen`t mean we can`t get some valuble advice from them. And even tough some have great genetics, bodybuilding is mostly about hard work all the way. Tired of this pale, fat guy (Vince) who think he is somebody.

Steroids are great! But I won`t ever try again, because I really don`t know the health dangers, and it`s too expensive.

It’s all about what you want to look like and what you are willing to do. I trained naturally for 10 years and probably put on 15 pounds of real muscle. I wanted to be bigger so I tried steroids and gained 47 pounds in one year. No regrets
