    What really is a minor? People between the ages of 12-20 have been fighting and dying in wars for over 5,000 years and suddenly in the last 40 years we label anyone under 18 a minor? Miley is not a little kid, and bottom line is that there is no ******. That debate is about as pointless and as dumb as prohibiting alcohol to servicemen who are 18years old. We let them die for our country but we don’t let them have a drink because they are under 21? Lame.

    if it’s okay with the girl and her parents, it should be fine.
    And I would se the term “nude photo”. it’s not like they had her ******* on the cover.

    not to sound rude,but who cares about that? it’s her business, not ours. The media is way too into people’s private lives.

    @moppetrulez

    One should take into account ones age when doing a photo shoot like that…and how its viewed by otherslike her teen and tween fan club, who are very young children.

    But then maybe youre okay with someone taking near **** photos of underage girls?

    BTW she was a minor…..15 years old….

    Miley wanted to do the photo. Annie had the parents’ permission. people were just being really immature about it. it’s an artistic photo. people need to grow the **** up.

    Why do so many of you people care so much about this lady’s finances? Worry about you and let her worry about her.
