This is the “newspaper gaffe” from Tuesday September 30th, 2008. Katie Couric interviewing Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin on her campaign tour. Katie Couric asks Sarah Palin what newspapers or magazines did she read before being tapped for vice presidency. In her latest gaffe Sarah Palin responds by saying she’s read most of them.

Books are obsolete. This is the internet age, GET WITH THE TIMES YOU BUNCH OF BACKWARDS ILITERATES!! why spend 40 hours reading a book that is done in a 2 HOUR MOVIE?? face it guys it’s over reading is FINISHED!! in the future i hope to remove reading from school curriculum to maximize efficiency why spend time learning a useless skill??!!!

In her on-going deep paranoia, Sarah Palin is defending Alaska from a non-existent attack from our friend Katie Couric. Why couldn’t Sarah Palin just say “Time” magazine or “USA Today”? Why avoid such an easy question?

Couric did not ask what newspapers do you read “up there in Alaska.” In her Today show interview Sarah said that was the question. It was not. She asked what do you read that informs your opinions. Will Palin stop lying and can the media call her on it. Once, PLEASE.

Gov Palin said on Today with Matt Lauer that Katie asked her what kind of magazines and newspapers she could possiibly read in Alaska, like they don’t have the “news” in Alaska. CBS news must have cut out that part, cause I sure didn’t see it. Or is this another lame attempt to excuse her lack of an intelligent response.
