yes they do. cosmo girl has a section called body & soul and it gives you workout moves and talk about body image and *** health.
seventeen has a section called health and it gives you nutrition advice, workout moves, talkes about issues like prescription drug abuse and alcohol abuse, *** health and body image.

I love Girls Life!!
I also LOVE Seventeen and CosmoGirl.
And yes they have sections in teh mags that answer questions about body fitness and ***.
It might seem gross but it can probably help you out.
