Oh, hey that’s a great idea. I usually scramble my eggs when making chorizo with eggs. Once again, a fascinating video!

Once a quarter is a great suggestion. Thank you.

This is a great format for a seasonal special because of the focus on the comparative literature and a quick sampling of seasonal dishes, but it would be something I’d only like to see once a quarter at the most. For the rest of the year, your tested and true method of cooking a recipe and pairing it with a wine works best. That’s just me though. Keep up the good work!

Heather Johnston seems like a “ringer.” I’m beginning to think the Food Network is making their chefs try out on YouTube before getting a cable show.

I think YOU, Ms. Heather Johnston, are more inspiring than any magazine. YOU are the REAL DEAL. But I did appreciate your recommendations!
P.S. I love the masks on the wall!

I liked this format but I wouldn’t buy cooking magazines. I prefer seeing you cook the whole thing because then I want to do it.

Heather, I’m so jealous of you. You are so distinguished in style and substance.
