    These Pumpkin Bars and I am going to frost them with Caramel Frosting.
    Yum! Nutritious too!
    Pumpkin Bars
    Ingredients:

    4 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups pumpkin (not pie filling)
    1/2 cup melted butter
    2 cups whole-wheat flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    In a large bowl cream together the eggs and sugar.
    Add the pumpkin, melted butter, whole-wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Pour into a greased 11 x 17 inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    Cool and frost with Caramel Frosting.
    Cut into bars.

    Ginger Pumpkin Bread- Made it through out fall and winter and for Christmas. Family liked it!

    Challah Bread Pudding- Everyone LOVED this.

    Figgy Pudding- Make this every year. Some like it, some don’t. You have to be into heavy breads and figs.
