Bastet's kitten asked: Most healthy recipes in magazines and on TV include such icky things as mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, brussel sprouts, raspberries, tofu, and other such things. How can you eat a better diet if you don't like all that stuff?
BTW, I have tried all those foods every way ...
